Time of Day routing will save you money by routing your outgoing calls via a carrier that charges the least at a particular time of day. Least cost routing will also save you money by routing outgoing calls via the carrier that charges the least for a call to a particular destination or over a certain network. For example, with our systems you can make calls directly over the cell network from your phone. Our systems know when you are calling a cell phone and will route that call over the cell network and make the call on your cell plan. Many cell carriers don’t charge for calls between users on the same plan – our system is smart enough to know when you are calling a user on your cell plan and route the call over your cell carriers network.
Unlimited Virtual-Attendants
Sometimes, there is no one available to answer the phone. When that happens, what happens? Do callers hear a message asking them to leave a message? Instead, why not have your virtual-attendant answer the phone? She doesn’t have to answer on the first ring, but will answer in case no one is available to answer. She can welcome callers to your place of business, instruct them on how to reach a certain person, advise them of the wait time until they are answered by a live person and ultimately if the caller doesn’t want to wait, will take a message.
